Labourer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in soft strip out work along with various manual labour tasks to support our operations.

Duties:
- Execute soft strip out and other physical labour tasks under the guidance of the supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment efficiently
- Contribute to the setup and clean-up of job sites
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at work sites
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals

Experience:
- Prior experience in a labour-intensive position is advantageous
- Proficiency in following instructions accurately and working autonomously or in a team setting
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and eagerness to acquire new skills
- Physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00-15.25per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)
• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
