As a Panel MET Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of a mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on damaged vehicles. You will be responsible for the repair and replacement of vehicle body parts, including metalwork, electrical systems, and trim, to restore vehicles to the pre-accident condition. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
As a Panel MET Technician, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Performing efficient repairs to vehicle body panels including metalwork
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and trim issues on vehicle with effectiveness
- Repairing and replacement of damaged components, electrical wiring, interior trim, and mechanical systems to ensure a seamless finish
- Stripping and refitting parts on vehicles
- Conducting thorough inspections for hidden damage and assess the extent of the repairs
- Carrying out through checks to verify the safety features of the repaired vehicles
- Engaging in teamwork to maintain timely repair completion
As a Panel MET Technician, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Panel MET Technician
- Level 3 Qualified
- ATA Accreditation (Preferably)
Flexible Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30AM – 5PM (30 minute break deduction)
- Monday to Friday: 7AM – 3:30PM (30 minute break deduction)
