Audit Semi Senior / SeniorMid Kent£45,000 to £50,000 DOEAre you an Auditor looking for the next step in your career?Do you have an Auditor background in public practice?Are you looking to join a leading, successful and growing accountancy firm in Kent?If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!We are delighted to partner with a successful and growing Kent based accountancy practice who are looking to add to their Audit team.The successful candidate will lead audit engagements and ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services to their diverse client base.You will have previously worked in audit in public practice and have experience of completing audit assignments to a high standard.Client engagement is a big part of the role and you will be responsible for developing these relationships to support the success and growth of the business.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Audit Engagements: Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing insightful recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within a public accounting firm.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
