Are you experienced in New Homes sales and ready for a new challenge? We’re looking for an accomplished New Home Sales Manager to lead our dedicated team. As a family-owned, award-winning agency with a strong reputation in Kent, we’re partnering with top-tier new home developers to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Role Overview:

As the New Home Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and driving sales for our New Homes department. Your responsibilities will include developing new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales activities for new developments across the region. You’ll work with our extensive buyer database, leverage strategic advertising efforts, and utilize your market expertise to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new home sales by developing leads and managing client inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with developers and builders
  • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
  • Manage property listings and ensure effective marketing strategies are in place
  • Represent the agency professionally, delivering exceptional customer service
