The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and sales opportunities and follow-ups as well as ensuring high levels of service for their vendors.Our client market quality homes across East Kent and are proud of their reputation for delivering excellence as standard.SkillsExcellent people skills and be able to adapt to every environment.Excellent organisation and computer skillsMust work well in a team and be a good team playerMinimum 2 years’ experience in Estate AgencyClean driving license ResponsibilitiesConduct property viewings with our customers, cross selling multiple properties in the processManage client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales processNegotiate offers and close sales transactionsCollaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operationsStay informed about market trends and industry developmentsStrong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectationsWork 5 days per week including a Saturday (1 day off in the week)Salary and BenefitsOTE £40k+ per annumCompany car and fuel allowance22 days holiday allowance as well as Christmas and bank holidays on topPooled office commission (starting from your first day)Supportive and collaborative work environment
