We have an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Manager to work for our client on a short term temporary basis for out client based in the Faversham area.

The client is looking to recruit on a permanent basis and needs someone on an interim basis to manage the team and deal with any HR issues that arise whilst there.

You will deal with any HR queries that arise both internally or externally, and manage the small HR team and deal with any issues arising and any problems. You will work with the Business Manager and look after the recruiting for the site that will also include the on-boarding, induction and training of any new staff. You will offer support and advice to line managers on any HR issues that they may have to deal with and generally ensure that all HR related issues are dealt with and managed effectively.

You will need to have had previous HR Management experience and be comfortable hitting the ground running in a new environment.

Hours of work are 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
