- Compliance & Employment Law β Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Global Mobility β Oversee strategy and provide guidance on international employee assignments, working closely with mobility specialists.
- Payroll & Taxation β Manage payroll processes, including compliance with international tax regulations.
- Communication & Culture β Drive effective internal communication to keep teams informed and engaged.
- Health, Safety & GDPR β Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental standards, and data protection regulations.
- Proven HR leadership experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and people development.
- Confident in managing complex challenges with integrity and strategic thinking.
- CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent qualification required.
- Experience managing a team and navigating international HR regulations is highly desirable.
