Description

  • Process and review in a timely and accurate manner all aspects of payroll
  • This includes, but is not limited to, accurately processing SMP, SPP, SSP in compliance with HMRC rules and company policies and procedures.
  • Working with Head of Payroll to design payroll process, procedures and approaches for consistency, accuracy and compliance
  • Working closely with the Finance Team to own payroll period end, including but not limited to posting payroll journals
  • Assist in the management of relationships with external Payroll and T&A providers
  • Process, check and pay all personal expenses incurred by team members
  • Stay current on regulations, benefits changes, and labour laws impacting the payroll process, and stay compliant for all payroll tax jurisdictions
  • Work closely with and build excellent relationships with all stakeholders to provide our team members with first-class payroll experience
  • Working with Head of Payroll to review, implement and communicate new releases within the payroll software
  • Checking payroll reports and ownership of investigating and resolving all payroll queries
  • Assist in the preparation of relevant management reports, metrics and statistics as needed
  • Ensure all payroll regulatory filings are completed timely and accurately
  • Understand pension auto-enrolment requirements and management of implementing employer automatic enrolment duties
  • Management, processing and review of salary sacrifice schemes
  • Management and processing of Payroll Year End, P11Ds and payrolling benefits
  • Any other reasonable request.
