About the role of Assistant Site Manager
We are working with a busy national Developer who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team, you will be reporting to the Site Manager on a daily basis assisting with the daily management of a busy 250-unit site ensuring properties are built to a high standard within budget and programme.
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager
To be considered for this role you must have previous management experience within a multi volume house building environment.
- CSCS, 1st Aid, SMSTS
- Timber frame experience would be desirable
- Proven Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or a similar role in the residential sector
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive approach with strong organisational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with NHBC guidelines
