Vacancy: NEW HOMES SALES ADVISOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Faversham, ME13

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an outstanding opportunity for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work within a modern, successful, forward thinking company on various new build sites in the Kent area.

The perfect candidate will be, amongst other things, eloquent and articulate, career minded and ambitious and must have previous (or ideally current) New Homes experience - dealing with properties both off plan and on site.

A strong sales ability is essential: Good organisational skills and understanding of entire sales process is also a must!

The role will involve weekend working.
