The Opportunity:Our client is one the leading Boutique Estate Agents in the region. They don’t just sell homes - they help create communities. With an exciting portfolio of new developments, together we’re looking for a dedicated NH Sales Manager to take the reins and drive sales to new heights.The successful applicant will have full autonomy in how the New Homes division is managed and grown. With a future focus on building out a team of direct reports/Sales Consultants

About You:

  • Naturally organised - you’ll be able to manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiries to successful completions.
  • People-centric - You’ll take pride in building and nurturing relationships within an existing client portfolio, whilst attracting new clients to the agency
  • Driven to succeed - You’ll focus on developing and implementing strategies to achieve personal and set business sales targets.
  • In the know - You’ll stay ahead of market trends to offer cutting-edge advice and expertise to support your clients and the business.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in New Homes Senior Sales and Real Estate management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting goals.
  • Strong understanding of the Faversham and Kent property market.
  • A team player with a customer-focused approach.
