About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor in this team, you'll be the heartbeat of the department, guiding prospective buyers through every step of their journey to finding the perfect home.

Located in the historic and charming town of Faversham, you’ll be showcasing beautiful, high-quality homes in one of Kent's most desirable locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Deal with initial enquiries from customers, helping them on to the property ladder
  • Explaining details and benefits of Shared Ownership schemes together with requirements and eligibilities, offering expert advice on unique new homes and communities
  • Accompanying viewings and open day events at varying new homes sites across the area
  • Build lasting relationships and provide a seamless buying experience
  • Support customers through every step—from first viewing to handing over the keys!

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous New Homes site sales experience is essential
  • A natural passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexible, a car driver with your own vehicle
