Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA - £46,000NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted, in the Kent area.They offer a very good salary, which can go up to £46,000 per annum.
They are a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency and they provide a lot of therapeutic training. They have an unique evidence-based therapeutic approach to fostering that puts the foster parents at the centre of their team, ensuring that the child's voice is encompassed in everything they do.
Responsibilities:In this role, you will have a mix of 3 - 4 Kent based families and 3 - 4 South London based families. They are very stable families.The role is just to provide support and supervision to the foster families, so you will not be completing any Form F Assessments on top.The role offers flexibility with home working, so you will be working from their office in Kent about 2 days per week and the rest from home.Benefits: - Good Ofsted rating - very good salary - that can get up to £46,000 per annum- therapeutic fostering agency - very good annual leave - very supportive manager- ongoing training and opportunities for career progression - interview as soon as possible Requirements:Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering.
