Accounts Assistant
I am working with an industry leader who are searching for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
This role will work closely within the Finance team with the day to day running of the business
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Assisting with processing Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Processing invoices
- Assisting with sub-contractors payment runs
- Processing employee expenses
- Setting up project job costings
- Booking accommodation for contractors
- Supporting with collating full accounts information for annual audit
- Ad-hoc duties
Your Experience
- Sage 50
- Experience within a similar role
- Basic knowledge of VAT and CIS payments is desirable
