MacKenzie King are excited to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a well-established business in the Felixstowe area. This role will suit an Accounts Assistant with previous invoicing experience who enjoys playing a pivotal part within the finance team.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Tracking and management of Purchase Orders
- Answering queries both internally and externally
- Bank reconciliations
- Record and allocate payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Experience within an accountancy role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work off of your own initiative
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Sage experience is preferable, but not essential
