- Manage soft filing systems, maintaining accurate records and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Utilise computer-aided systems to streamline operations, inputting and tracking project data and milestones.
- Perform portal invoice checking, ensuring that invoices are accurate, processed in a timely manner, and meet required guidelines.
- Assist with general office tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and responding to internal and external inquiries.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally with project support and invoice management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with project management or ERP systems.
