Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated individual to join us as an Entry-Level Facilities Management Support. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in facilities management and property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leases and Licences: Assist in managing and maintaining records of leases and licences, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including efficient filing, both physical and digital, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reception Cover: Provide cover and support for the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate maintenance works, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Financial Administration: Raise purchase orders and perform initial checks on invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the Property Director: Provide direct support to the Property Director, assisting with various tasks and projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

We need someone with a balanced personality who can work well both independently and as part of a team. You should be sociable, get along well with others, and be keen to take on different duties and challenges. Training will be provided on the job. Proficiency in Excel is required.
