We are looking for an Outbound Sales Advisor who is passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Day-to-day of the role:- Proactively calling businesses to prospect for new clients and opportunities.
- Closing sales deals over the phone and effectively handling objections.
- Arranging and attending meetings with potential and existing customers to strengthen relationships.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and updates.
- Collaborating with the team to enhance sales strategies and meet targets.
- Keeping detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
- Strong ability to prospect and close sales over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is advantageous but not essential.
