Join a dynamic freight forwarding company founded by two highly experienced logistics managers with over 20 years of experience each. This independent company prioritises staff and customer satisfaction above all, offering a supportive and knowledgeable office environment. We are looking for an Outbound Sales Advisor who is passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Proactively calling businesses to prospect for new clients and opportunities.
  • Closing sales deals over the phone and effectively handling objections.
  • Arranging and attending meetings with potential and existing customers to strengthen relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and updates.
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance sales strategies and meet targets.
  • Keeping detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to prospect and close sales over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is advantageous but not essential.
