Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Cost Management:
- Identify and manage supplier costs for freight forwarding across various transport modes.
- Provide rate quotations to customers, ensuring competitive pricing.
Marketing and PR:
- Assist in the creation, production, and maintenance of marketing and PR materials.
- Keep the Group PR profile up to date on social media and the company website.
Administrative Support:
- Arrange travel for senior management and staff.
- Handle visa requirements as needed.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred but not essential.
- Training will be provided.
