We are seeking a highly organised and energetic Sales Assistant to join our client’s dynamic commercial team. Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Cost Management:

  • Identify and manage supplier costs for freight forwarding across various transport modes.
  • Provide rate quotations to customers, ensuring competitive pricing.

Marketing and PR:

  • Assist in the creation, production, and maintenance of marketing and PR materials.
  • Keep the Group PR profile up to date on social media and the company website.

Administrative Support:

  • Arrange travel for senior management and staff.
  • Handle visa requirements as needed.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred but not essential.
  • Training will be provided.
