We are seeking a full-time, office-based Finance/Operations Specialist to enhance the accounts team at our brand-new offices. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to handle a variety of financial operations tasks.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Customer Invoicing
- Purchase Invoice Management
- Fleet Cost Management
- Gross Profit (GP) Management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a finance/operational role; full training provided for suitable applicants.
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
- Knowledge of Sage 200 accounts packages is an advantage but not essential.
- Comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Numerate, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
