Job Title: Shift Operator
Salary: 15 per hour!
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
This is a temporary position with the potential to be offered permanent opportunities in the future!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate packing machinery efficiently and accurately.
- Stack boxes onto pallets according to specified guidelines.
- Weigh, wrap, and label bags and pallets with precision.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
- Utilise a counterbalance forklift to manoeuvre stock safely and effectively.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.
Requirements:
- You must have a valid counterbalance licence
- Previous experience within a factory / working a production line would be preferred.
