Tennial Personnel is currently recruiting a skilled and reliable Forklift Driver to join our client’s team in **Felixstowe on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the opportunity for a permanent role after a 12-week probation period. This role operates on a Monday to Friday shift pattern: 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM (Counterbalance) 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Counterbalance & Flexi/Pivot/Bendi) The position involves operating a forklift for various warehouse tasks and supporting general warehouse operations. We are looking for a safety-conscious, proactive individual who can handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Operate a counterbalance forklift to transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock picking, loading, unloading, and product organisation. Ensure goods are stored properly to prevent damage and maintain an organised storage area. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.Support inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.Skills:Previous warehouse experience Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong understanding of safety protocols Qualifications:Counterbalance Forklift License (Preferably ITSAAR or RITTB accredited)Keywords:Forklift Warehouse Counterbalance
