EUROPEAN EXPORT FREIGHT OPERATOR
We are currently recruiting an export freight operator who will be responsible for managing client accounts and co-ordinating the suppliers, documentation and schedules for their trailer shipments between the UK & EU.

Experience:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a logistics or transport role
- Can do attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent teamwork & communication skills
- Knowledge of Europe and/or additional language an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for UK export collection & deliveries for Europe
- Key account management & client spot business
- Onboarding and building relationships with new suppliers
- Liaising with clients customs team
- Liaising with EU consignees & EU customs
- Pricing and negotiation of freight rates
- Ensuring collection & delivery KPIs attained
- Ensuring documentation is ready for shipments in a timely manner
- Generating reports relating to all export and customs activity
- Meet customer expectations to ensure excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients
- Assist in delivery of other business objectives as required
