Monday – Friday Night shift (between 18.00 – 07.00)

All drivers are permanently employed with a regular and reliable sub-contractor base and a fleet of state-of-the-art vehicles.Â
Duties include
- Dealing with multiple drivers
- Communicating with customers face to face
- Planning drivers/vehicles in and out of the port and executing the set plan
- Chasing drivers for etas
- Rerouting jobs as and when required
- Checking all PODS are matched up with all the correct jobs on the system
- Speaking to customers on possible delays advising eta
- Use of TOPPS system, (training can be provided)
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in transport operations and container experience would be a distinct advantage. Good geographical knowledge and use of Computerised systems. You must be a self-starter, be able to work under pressure and use your initiative to ensure all requirements are met and excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
