European Export Freight Operator
We are currently recruiting for our Felixstowe based client for a Export Freight Operator who will be responsible for managing client accounts and co-ordinating the suppliers, documentation and schedules for their trailer shipments between the UK & EU.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a logistics or transport role
Can do attitude with excellent attention to detail
Excellent MS Office skills
Excellent teamwork & communication skills
Knowledge of Europe and/or additional language an advantage
Responsibilities:
Responsible for UK export collection & deliveries for Europe
Key account management & client spot business
Onboarding and building relationships with new suppliers
Liaising with the customs team
Liaising with EU consignees & EU customs
Pricing and negotiation of freight rates
Ensuring collection & delivery KPIs attained
Ensuring documentation is ready for shipments in a timely manner
Generating reports relating to all export and customs activity
Meet customer expectations to ensure excellent customer service
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients
Assist in delivery of other business objectives as required
