A Site Manager is required at a well-established Structural Steel Fabrication company based in Suffolk.
Contract Duration: 3 months
Start Date: Immediate
Daily Rate: 270
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (8 hours per day)
Responsibilities:
Managing architectural metalwork installers on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations including coordination of subcontractors and site personnel.
- Implementing health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitoring progress against project schedules and reporting to project stakeholders.
- Resolving onsite issues promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets standards.
- Liaising with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Managing site documentation and maintaining accurate records of site activities.
Requirements:
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Black Hat
- Supervisors Gold Card
- First Aid certification
