We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to inspire and educate students in Years 5 and 6. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant school community in Felixstowe, where creativity and a passion for teaching are highly valued.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils and adhere to the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment in the classroom that encourages students to achieve their best. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Assess and record students' progress, preparing them for transitions and ensuring they meet learning milestones.
- Engage with parents and guardians to support student development and address educational concerns.
- Participate in school events, activities, and staff meetings, contributing to the school's ethos and continuous improvement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching Years 5 and 6.
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young minds.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
