An exciting opportunity is available for a Transport Planner in the Container, Ports, and Haulage transportation sector.
The role involves amending transport plans through direct communication with clients and transport teams across the UK road network.
You will report to the General Manager and serve as a crucial link between national clients and the internal team.
Candidates are expected to have relevant experience in creating plans and routes while managing an in-house fleet of Container Haulage Vehicles.
The position offers a competitive salary, and applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

I am looking for a Transport Planner to work for an exciting and growing business within Container, Ports and Haulage transportation.

You’ll be responsible for amending the transport plans through direct communication with the clients and transport teams across a UK road network.

You will report in to the General Manager, where you will become the link between our national clients and the internal team.
You will create plans and routes, ensuring best and optimal costing.
Running an in-house fleet or Container Haulage Vehicles.
You will be reactive and fast in your approach.
you will identify changes in activity with our clients and our own network.
