We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Cover Supervisor to join our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Cover Supervisor to join our staff. Your primary duties will be to support teaching staff by providing classroom cover, implementing set work, monitoring students and reporting on progress during short-term teacher absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching staff by providing classroom cover during short-term teacher absences.
- Implement set work, monitor students, and report on their progress.
- Provide administrative and technical support to subject departments.
- Supervise examinations and accompany school trips.
- Work with the inclusion department.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be qualified in English, Maths, and Science to at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent).
- Be willing to work flexibly, use initiative, and handle pressure effectively.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for supporting young people.
- Have an excellent sense of humour.
