We are pleased to be working on behalf of a Haulage company based in Felixstowe who are looking for a Traffic Operator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and people by managing and coordinating transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Check, route and maintain timelines.
Dispatch vehicles.
Build strong relationships with drivers and customers.
Liaise with Fleet regarding services.
Liaise with HR regarding driver issues.

Previous Skills & Experience:

Must have previous container experience.
Knowledge on VBS systems for ports, TOPS experience and Destin8 knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible in working hours, on call availability.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
