The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £40,000, with additional benefits including a car and bonuses.
Candidates should have a significant amount of container haulage experience and a proven track record in managing and improving a team of operators.
The role requires effective communication skills and excellent management abilities, with additional hours potentially required beyond the standard 7:30am to 5:30pm schedule.

Salary £35,000 - £40,000

Plus Car and Bonuses

7:30am - 5:30pm (additional hours may be required.)

Duties Include

Running a sheet of trucks
Making changes to traffic sheets where appropriate
Ensure fleet in running as profitably as possible.
Reporting directly to Company Director
Liasing with drivers and customers where appropriate
Adhering to industry legislation (WTD.)

Skills Required

A significant amount of Container haulage experience
A proven track record in managing and improving a team of operators
Good team player
Excellent Management skills
Effective communicator
