The company is seeking an experienced Traffic Operator with strong container experience to join their team in Felixstowe.
The role involves daily communication with clients to manage their requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).

The position offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

I am looking for an experienced Traffic Operator with excellent container experience to join a great business in Felixstowe.

You will be part of a small team to support the smooth running of the transport operation on a day to day basis.

You will:

Have direct communication with clients looking after requirements and SLA'S and be responsible for the drivers providing a full coverage of work details, routes, compliance and updates.
Plan and manage container deliveries from the Port to the clients around the UK,
Ensure routes are efficiently planned, adapt when required and ensure drivers are up to date with any traffic updates, delays etc.
Supporting clients with enquiries and liaising with them to resloves any issues.
