Our client, a successful shipping and logistics firm, are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their Felixstowe office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the logistics team
- Assisting with providing and quoting rates
- Completing all administration documents
- Completing general typing and audio typing tasks
- Managing and recording any accident involving the fleet
- Providing outstanding customer service, and exceeding client expectations
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven Import and Export administration experience
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Excel
