Our client, a successful shipping and logistics firm, are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their Felixstowe office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the logistics team
  • Assisting with providing and quoting rates
  • Completing all administration documents
  • Completing general typing and audio typing tasks
  • Managing and recording any accident involving the fleet
  • Providing outstanding customer service, and exceeding client expectations

Skills & Experience required:

  • Proven Import and Export administration experience
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Excel
