We are seeking an Administration/Documentation Officer to join our team in Felixstowe. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other office tools. While complete shipping knowledge is not necessary, it would be beneficial. This position involves building files on our in-house system from email pre-alerts and other tasks related to freight forwarding.
Day-to-day of the role:- Utilise Microsoft Outlook and Excel to manage communications and data.
- Build and maintain files on our in-house system based on email pre-alerts and other documentation.
- Assist in the documentation and administration processes of freight forwarding.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation.
- Handle and organise documents and data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other office tools.
- Experience in administration or documentation, preferably in a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding processes is advantageous but not essential.

- Stable working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
