Job Role
The role will consist of assisting both the road / air freight team , maintaining relationships with current clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage key clients shipments, from quoting, booking, collecting, delivery and customs paperwork
- Manage your portfolio of work
- Regular contacting clients via team calls
- Upsell to current clients
- Maintain a high level of customer service
Skills & Experience
- Must be from a freight forwarding background specializing in air & road
- Experience of Cargowise/Sequoia/CDS
- A high level of custom service
- Team player
- Ability to cope and work under pressure
