An exciting opportunity is available with a specialised freight forwarder in the film and media sector.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of Air Freight Import experience.
The role involves coordinating import jobs, quoting shipments, invoicing, and managing customs entries.
A strong track record in Air Freight Import Operations and some Export knowledge is necessary.
The salary for this position is up to £38K, with additional company bonuses based on performance.

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a specialised freight forwarder working in the film and media sector?

Do you have at least 2 years Air Freight Import experience?

Working in this fast moving environment no two days will be the same covering all aspects of the freight industry Air, road, sea, import, export, charters and courier shipments.

Must have a strong track record in Air Freight Import Operations from start to finish including excellent knowledge of Customs Entries. Some Export knowledge would also be useful.

The Role:

• Co-ordinate import jobs from start to finish including Road, Courier, Sea and Air

• Quoting on shipments to clients and overseas agents

• Invoicing

• Chase overseas agents for any information required

• Booking in Pre-alerts • Customs entries Air and Road - Dealing with TA, Home-use and Carnets

• Arranging deliveries with in-house Transport department

• High level of Customer service required keep clients advised

• Oversee Carnet holds and Temporary admission logs

Salary up to £38K depending on experience and there is also a company bonus payable.
