About the JobAs a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will support the small finance team by ensuring smooth and accurate processing within purchase ledger functions. This role is essential for maintaining financial efficiency across the organisation.

Duties will include:•    Overseeing purchase order workflows and obtaining necessary approvals•    Matching approved purchase orders with supplier invoices•    Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers on invoice queries•    Posting supplier invoices across entities, ensuring proper coding•    Conducting regular supplier statement reconciliations•    Accurately recording payments, direct debits, and foreign currency transactions•    Passing recharge invoices to Accounts Receivable promptly•    Managing supplier queries and aged creditor reporting

About the Successful ApplicantYou will bring excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a solid foundation in Sage 50, numeracy, and reconciliation. The ability to work independently and manage a busy workload is essential.
