Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced candidate with a background in freight forwarding and a strong knowledge of ocean freight operations.
The ideal candidate should possess very strong Excel skills and be comfortable with data analysis using Excel and Power BI.
Key responsibilities include managing RFQ bid logs, updating port rates and tariffs, and collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams.
The position requires processing RFQs within Europe and is office-based with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Salary details are not specified, but candidates should have relevant experience in the field.

NEW POSITION - We are recruiting for an experienced candidate who has worked within freight forwarding, you should have a strong knowledge of ocean freight operations and very strong Excel skills.

The role will include:

- Data analysis using Excel and Power BI

- RFQ Bid logs

- Keeping up to date port rates & tarrifs

- Working with sales team and operations closely

- Processing RFQ's within Europe

Working hours are 8.30am - 17.00pm / 8.00am - 16.30pm - office based
