We are working with an established freight forwarder who are looking to recruit a Freight Pricing Analyst- Ocean Services - Europe.
The role is to manage Ocean Pricing from within Europe. Good Excel skills along with Air Freight knowledge.
Role Involves:
路 Review RFQ from CRM.路 Communicate with Sales, Account Management, Product and build strategy.路 Collaborate with stakeholders and Product.路 Perform data analysis using Excel and Power BI.路 Identify opportunities and challenges.路 Manage deadlines.路 Convert customer formats.路 Insert/Integrate pricing based on tools and in line with strategy.路 Communicate to the field.路 Manage responses路 Audit responses 路 Maintain communication per Document Retention Policy.路 Update RFQ Bid Log/Pricing Tool in a timely manner.路 Support team and Sales with pre-engagement for upcoming bids.路 Actively engage in and support Pricing projects.
Skills:
路 Excellent communication skills.路 Strong freight knowledge.路 Proactive, strong organisational skills.路 Ability to liaise at all levels.路 Good MS Office, especially excel including formatting, reporting etc. 路 Ocean Pricing experience.
Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm Friday 8am-4.30pm all office based. Salary depends on experience.
