- Providing pricing and ad hoc rates to overseas partners, offices, BDMs, and customers.
- Managing spot shipment quotations and tenders that require manual pricing.
- Analysing and reporting on quote success rates and pricing trends.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient transition of won shipment details to operational teams.
- Maintaining pricing databases and tools to support business growth.
- Liaising with carriers to obtain rates for quotations when required.
- Ensuring compliance with commercial policies and global sales processes.
- Supporting product managers with KPI reports and additional analysis.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements in pricing strategies.
- Providing technical knowledge and support to the sales and operations teams.
- Experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
- Strong numeracy skills with a commercial mindset.
- Knowledge of freight products (Import/Export, Air, Sea, Road).
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel and ability to use multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pricing requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
