Class 2 HGV Driver

Class 2 HGV Driver - £38,343 per annum (Minimum of 40 hours a week)

We at Driver Hire Twickenham are recruiting for our customer who is a very high end winery. They are looking for reliable and honest Class 2 HGV drivers to deliver high end alcohol to their customers across Greater London and towards the coast.

As a Class 2 Delivery Driver you will be given a set route and will make deliveries to commercial premises such as hotels and restaurants, there are around 5 -10 drops.

Location: Twickenham

Working hours: 0700am Start Time

Days per week: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of the Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Delivery Driver

• To deliver an excellent customer service experience in line with the customer’s delivery time.
• The role involves unloading your delivery vehicle. (You must be comfortable handballing) using a pump truck which makes it easy.
• To ensure that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times. (Training will be given)
• If you finish your run early you may be required to assist in the warehouse and get your load ready with the warehouse team for the following days runs.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Maximum 6 points on driving license accepted.
• Category C HGV license (Class 2).
• CPC and Taco cards must be in date.
• 1 year HGV experience minimum.
