Package

Salary £31,000 per annum
Tronc - £6,000
48-hour weekly contract
4 Days on 3 Days off

What we're looking for:

As the ideal Chef de Partie, you will have experience working in a similar high-volume hotel to a 2 AA Rosette standard. This is a friendly team and your approach at being organised and hands on is a must. Your input is invaluable, contributing to the development of new dishes, highlighting British produce and ensuring junior members of the team are supervised and mentored.

What's involved?

The role includes running the running of each section, adhering to all health & safety standards, communicating between the restaurant and the kitchen and maintaining the level of food on offer.
The hotel can do 100 covers for lunch and 100 covers for dinner over the weekends with the busy restaurant often having multiple events like weddings and parties to cater for.
