Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine nutritious, health-focused menus with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.
  • Ensure that all dishes meet high culinary standards while catering to specific dietary needs.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining efficiency, consistency, and food quality in a high-volume setting.
  • Train and manage kitchen staff in healthy cooking techniques, portion control, and food safety.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations, conducting regular audits.
  • Manage food sourcing, prioritising organic and high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor kitchen budgets, food costs, and waste reduction strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Continuously update menus based on customer feedback, dietary trends, and evolving nutritional standards.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, particularly for health-conscious consumers and those with special dietary requirements.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end or luxury culinary environment.
  • Michelin-star experience or fine dining background is desirable.
