Job Overview:Our client is looking for a proactive, confident, and results-driven Telesales Executive who will eventually transition into a full sales role. In this initial phase, you will focus on outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team. As you gain experience and expertise, you will take on greater responsibility, moving into a more comprehensive sales role where you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Telesales: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, identify needs, and qualify leads.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and engaging with prospective clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from telesales to face-to-face or virtual consultations.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to prospects.
- CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain CRM systems with lead information, call logs, and follow-up details.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are handed over smoothly and sales targets are met.
- Transition to Full Sales Role: As you grow in the role, take on more responsibilities in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing.
Key Requirements:
- Proactive and Confident: You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and confident in speaking with potential clients over the phone.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Sales Experience: Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred, but not essential if you are a fast learner with the drive to succeed.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of calls and stay organised with leads and follow-ups.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track progress and manage client information.
- Goal-Oriented: A desire to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
