Our local client is looking for Coach Builders / Commercial Vehicle Bodybuilders to join their team, working on specialist commercial vehicle builds for a wide range of high-profile clients.
Responsibilities of a Coachbuilder
路Understanding schematics to undertake repairs and vehicle conversions
路Using hand tools
路Working with steel, aluminium and wood will be required for this role
路Removal and refitting of interior and exterior trims, framework and panels
路Mechanical fitting and general metal work.
Skills and Qualifications of a Coachbuilder
路Experience of working on commercial vehicle bodies would be an advantage for this role
路Previous Coachbuilding experience would be advantageous
路Metalwork or light mechanical fitting experience
路Experience working with vehicles or in an engineering environment would be an advantage
路A trainee with transferable skills will be considered for this role.
