Salary: £26000k Including 10 week holidays per annum

Hours: Term Time, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 3.30 pm, 40 hours per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Chef Manager/Supervisor to join our well-established team, overseeing the kitchen in a new contract in a primary school in Feltham, TW13

Cooking fresh, wholesome meals for students.
Cooking for up to 200 children with the assistance of 2 kitchen assistants
Managing kitchen operations and staff.
Responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen.
Stock taking and ordering of stock
Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Planning and preparing menus in line with nutritional guidelines.

Requirements for a Chef Manager/Cook Supervisor

Proven experience in education or contract catering.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
A passion for creating healthy, tasty meals for children.
