We are looking for a recruit to join a fabulous company based in Feltham. The role would be working in a busy team where customer care and customer experience is top priority! Â
Do you have customer service order processing experience? Have you worked in a product-based environment where you have had to monitor stock levels?
We need someone that is very organised and able to work under pressure. If working closely with different departments and providing a faultless customer experience is what you enjoy doing this could be an incredible and exciting role for you to apply for!
Customer care executive duties:
- Processing orders accurately and on a time schedule.
- Replenishing stock levels.
- Monitoring inventory.
- Shipping packages and return of units.
- Ensuring records of transactions in inventory and in orders are kept.
- Responding to inquiries from customers regarding any orders or returns.
