We are excited to be recruiting for one of our lovely clients based in Feltham, who are looking to recruit a confident Customer Service Coordinator!

In this role you will be dealing with all order processing responsibilities as well the day to day responsibility of customers and ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible.

Customer Service Coordantor Duties:

• Supplying the correct booking documents
• Creating orders and shipping labels
• Dealing with any stock queries
• Liaising with couriers and forwarders about shipping
• Working with the warehouse team in regards to incoming goods
