Early Years Practitioner

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner at a highly successful and nurturing all-through school in Feltham, catering to children aged 4 to 18. This role focuses on supporting the Nursery Class within the Primary School, providing an excellent chance to help shape young children's early learning experiences.

• Hours: Mon to Frid 8am-4pm

About the Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM
• As an Early Years Practitioner, you will help children master foundational skills like recognizing the alphabet, naming everyday objects, and developing early cognitive abilities.
• As an Early Years Practitioner, you will ensure that classrooms and outdoor play areas are both safe and child-friendly, promoting an optimal environment for learning.
• As an Earl Years Practitioner, you will regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress, offering positive feedback and strategies to address early development challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Either already hold or be willing to apply for a Child-Only DBS.
• Prior experience working with children in the UK, ideally in a school or nursery setting.
• Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and a background in early years education is preferred.
• Live in or be able to commute to Feltham or the surrounding area.
